- Business Premium
If you have more demanding IT needs, we offer a Premium IT support Plan that offers 120 minutes of remote support a month, 2 full days, onsite support a year for Emergency or project use regardless of how many users you have and a 1 Hour response time.
- Don’t need the onsite days, we also offer Remote plans of our popular Advance & Premium plans, These plans have 0 on site days but include more monthly remote support minutes, Advanced R – 90mins a month, Premium 150 mins a month, both with a 2 hour response time.
